Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 7 days of receipt.

We accept returns for store credit only.

Exchanges for another size, colour or product may be honoured while stock is available.

*To be eligible for returns and exchanges, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached. All footwear must be in original condition with no marks, scratches or any other damages on the shoe including the sole and must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Full price items with sign-up discount coupons are excluded.

 

Faulty and Incorrect
We strive to ensure the quality of all items before dispatch. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. We will try our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

 

Store Credits
Store credits will be available under your account once we receive and process the return. The credits have no expiry date.

 

IMPORTANT

  • Please note, accessories and lifestyle items are ineligible for change of mind due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • Please note, clients are responsible for any shipping costs and additional charges for returns or exchanges.
  • Please note, we will not be responsible for returns and exchanges that are damaged or lost during transit. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure returns and exchanges are shipped with tracking and insurance.
  • Please note, returns and exchanges are accepted at the discretion of our team. We hold the right to refuse any returns and exchanges if we deem the conditions unsatisfactory.
